Send Haven Club Booking Form

The form on this page is for Young People and Families to book places for the Fit for All Club sessions at Flamingoo Soft Play in Erdington on 26 May 2-6pm (this session is for children up to 8 years only); Party and Play on 28 May 4-6pm; and Perry Beeches Pool in Great Barr on 29 May 2-3pm which are being hosted by Send Haven.

NOTE: the session at Flamingoo on 26 May is now fully booked.

Fit for All Club is for SEND Young People aged 5-18 years and their families but some sessions have additional age limits.

Fit for All Club events are either free or low-cost. For each of these session it costs:

£2.50 for a Young Person who is a Club Member and an Adult to attend

£4 for a Young Person who is a Club Member and an Adult and One Sibling

£5 for a Young Person who is a Club Member and an Adult and Two Siblings.

To book places, you need to pay online using a credit or debit card (we’re working on Paypal). You do have to book in advance – because we need to know numbers and get things ready for you. You will not be able to pay on the door.
