DESCRIPTION:SEND inclusive family session which is  also open to young people who are eligible for Free School Meals.  A responsible adult must stay on site during the session.  Healthy lunch is provided; please don’t bring food on-site.  This session and the food is free for all children who take part.  Festive fun includes arts and crafts activities\, sports and games. \nThis session is run by Ways for Wellbeing\, which is a partner organisation in Fit for All.  Ways for Wellbeing CIC is an NHS-accredited Community Interest Company in Birmingham which provides mental health and wellbeing coaching\, mentoring and community activities for adults and young people (aged 5+).  It focuses on issues like anxiety\, depression\, social isolation\, and stress – particularly for those with limited access to formal services.  As well as running sessions as part of the wider Fit for All programme\, Ways for Wellbeing provides coaching\, arts and creative workshops\, nutrition advice and helps to run the Birmingham Disability Festival. \nOddingley Hall is a modern\, purpose-built community centre in West Heath\, Northfield with parking and a kitchen.  The centre is managed by Northfield Community Partnership. DESCRIPTION:For SEND young people aged 11+ and their siblings.  Responsible adults must stay on site and supervise young people during the session.  Healthy dinner is provided; please don’t bring food on-site.  This session and the food is free for all children who take part. \nThe session is hosted by Balsall Heath CATS – most of the other children taking part will be members of that club.  BH CATS is a parent-led community organisation set up in 2003 to provide play\, leisure\, and social opportunities for disabled children\, young people and their families.  The groups supports children with multiple disabilities\, sensory impairments\, and complex learning needs. \nAir Nation is a soft play centre in Kings Heath\, Birmingham B14. It includes Air Slide\, assault course\, bouncy basketball court and a Toddlers section.
